Our first Business Park of 9600 m2 was established 1992 under the name, Falkviks BusinessPark. Our idea was to develop an environment under the motto – where people and companies meet, ideas are created -. Today Falkviks BusinessPark has 10 companies under the same roof with 60 employees and a total turn over per year exceeding Euro 20 million per annum. We develop our real estate by giving support to our tenants and their businesses.
We have followed the same direction when establishing Slottsvallens BusinessPark 1996 and Skansvikens BusinessPark 2002.
